A very blustery day!

As I'm sitting here this morning, the wind is whipping right and left outside. If there is one thing I have learned about Virginia, we are never without wind! It's either a gentle breeze or, like today, it's blustery! I just love living near the mountains! (And I thank the Lord He's given us a warm home!)

I've had a slow start today but I'm busy with laundry right now. Then it's on to catch up from yesterday with the sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and bathroom cleaning. (One of these days, I'll be an organized keeper of my home...one of these days.)

I ordered Passionate Housewives: Desperate for God last week and have already read through it once. I am currently reading it again and will be posting a review soon.

That's about the excitement around here this morning!

I did not realize your were still blogging until I saw your comment on Mary Ann's blog. I have read through some of your old post. I have stuggled with fertility issues. We went to the point where invitro was our next option. We did not know how we would pay for it, all we knew is that we wanted a child. God had other plans for us. I keep "failing" my blood test and was never able to attempt invitro. God opened our hearts to international adoption. We still did not know how we would pay for it. We just prayed about it and trusted the Lord. We brought home our daughter from China in April. She is currently 16 mos old. I will pray that God will bless you with a child!

Thank you so much for your prayers! At this point, IUI or IVF would be our "next step" if we kept going to the fertility specialist. My heart is just not at peace with that right now. Although there are days that my faith is very weak, deep down, I believe I will conceive naturally in God's timing. Right now that is what we are focusing on, (just waiting on the Lord) along with taking some vitamins & supplements that have been said to help. I'm so happy that you were blessed with a child through adoption; congratulations!
